Returns Policy

Return Types:

1. Shortage/Damage/Incorrect Order issues have to be reported within 3 business days. Please do not discard any boxes, or any other part of the package until the issue is resolved. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if any part of the packaging is missing. Please start your return by filling out the form below. Please make sure to include the order number.

    2. Buyer Request. Returns have to be sent back within 10 business days. We apply a 20% restocking fee to final refund amount. Returned 
       items should be in good condition in the original packaging, with all the original products and accessories included. Returns must be 
        received in a new or like-new condition. All returns will be inspected. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

 PRODUCTS IN BREAST CANCER PATIENTS SUPPORT CATEGORY ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
